Night Driving Policy

Night driving and sailing at PETROFIX operations will only occur when it is essential. Operating a vehicle at night poses greater challenges than most individuals realize. Nevertheless, exceptions may be made in the following circumstances:

• Emergencies related to operations (situations that seriously endanger human life).
• Medical emergencies (cases that pose a risk to human life).
• Security emergencies (conditions that threaten human life and hinder the ability to maintain security).

If night driving is necessary, management must be informed with a justification as early as possible.

Approval from management is required for any night activities.
